Included with every package
We write the agreed page copy from your business facts, design and build responsive pages, set up one standard inquiry form and add the agreed contact or social links. You review the facts and visual direction before launch.
Every package includes titles and meta descriptions, heading structure, relevant internal links, sitemap and indexability checks. We deploy to your agreed hosting and provide source files, project access, an editing guide and a desktop/mobile performance report.
Two rounds of consolidated revisions are included: one on content and visual direction, and one on the working preview. Corrections needed to meet the agreed scope are handled separately from requests for new features.
AI-generated design concept: an architecture studio website across desktop and mobile. Not a client project. Open image to inspect.
Research before writing
We use Semrush data and review relevant search results to understand demand, competition and what visitors expect to find. Research covers one offer for a landing page, the agreed services for a business website, or a broader set of service and supporting topics for a content-led website.
You receive the selected queries, their assigned pages and a short explanation of the choices, with the research market and date. We then write the content and implement the agreed SEO elements. Ongoing publishing and optimization are separate; search rankings and traffic are not guaranteed.
Landing page development services
A landing page gives one offer a focused destination. We organize the message, supporting proof and inquiry path around the action you want visitors to take. The launch package covers one page with up to six content sections.
Websites for small businesses
Help customers understand your services, find useful proof and get in touch. We agree the page list before writing. Articles count within the package page allowance; long-form reports, catalogs and complex page types need their own scope.
Technology chosen for your needs
We select WordPress, another suitable CMS or a custom implementation around your editing, integration and maintenance needs. The proposal explains the editable areas, hosting requirements and paid tools before development.
Our custom WordPress development work can include templates and agreed editing controls. Custom layouts or functionality may still require development changes; the handoff explains what your team can manage.
SaaS product websites and redesigns
A SaaS marketing website explains the product and guides visitors toward a trial or conversation. Application accounts, billing and operational workflows are separately scoped.
For a redesign, we review the existing site first and agree which content and URLs to retain. Migration, redirects and compatibility work are listed in the proposal.
Try a starting point before planning your website. Browse our free website templates, watch the desktop and mobile previews, and explore the prompts and workflow used to create them. These are generated examples for learning and experimentation, not client projects.
AxionAI uses a custom WordPress theme for its service pages, project examples and inquiry flow. Our Frequenta product page combines product explanations, authentic interface media and a clear signup path.
These are examples of our own work, not external client testimonials. For your website, we agree which content your team needs to edit and which elements belong in the implementation.
We write the included page copy. You provide accurate facts about your services, audience and offers, plus available brand materials and permission to use them. You review the facts before launch. Product media and claims must reflect the real business; we do not invent testimonials or results.
What do the launch prices include?
The listed one-time prices include the package deliverables in one language and one target market. Before work starts, we agree the exact pages, content depth, editing needs and schedule. Additional languages, pages and custom functions are quoted separately; hosting, domain registration, paid licenses and ongoing support are additional costs.
What counts as a page?
One agreed URL with a defined purpose and content. Articles count toward the page allowance. The proposal identifies special layouts, long-form content and any supplied legal pages; legal drafting, catalogs and application screens are separate scope.
Is SEO included?
Yes. Research for the agreed scope, page planning, original writing, metadata, relevant internal links and technical launch checks are included. Research depth follows the package topics. Ongoing content, outreach and continuing optimization are separate services; rankings and traffic are not guaranteed.
Can our team edit the website?
We agree the editable areas before development and choose an appropriate CMS or editing setup. Your handoff guide explains how to manage them. Changes to custom layouts or functionality may require development work.
Are booking, payments or CRM integrations included?
A standard inquiry form and agreed contact links are included. Booking systems, payments, ecommerce, customer accounts and CRM integrations are scoped and quoted around the required workflow and third-party services.
How do revisions and timing work?
Two consolidated feedback rounds are included: one on content and visual direction, and one on the working preview. Corrections needed to meet the agreed scope are distinct from added pages or features. We agree the schedule after confirming the content inputs and functionality.
What happens after launch?
You receive the agreed source files, access, editing instructions and performance report. Hosting, licenses, maintenance and further content or development are agreed separately. Third-party assets retain their license terms.
